It's amazing how computer manufacturers and sellers seem to assume
that we are all experts. Of course it is sophisticated technology,
and there aren't many people to have not experienced viruses,
crashes, freezing, unintelligible error messages or loss of data.

- No additional charge for the first 10 minutes of telephone help. I will endeavour to identify the problem, tell you how to fix it, or give you an idea of the likely cost of continuing the support after the first 10 minutes
On Site Call-out
- within 15 mile radius of Chichester, call out charge is £50, including the first hour +£1.00 per mile travelling. Thereafter charge will be agreed further further work
- Sadly, there is rarely a guaranteed fix to computer systems and software, but i will do my best to resolve the problem or identify the cause and advise you.
